Tab Candy
Tab Candy is an interesting Firefox project, a spatial hypertext system for managing browser tabs. A lot like Web Squirrel with thumbnails, and (of course) reminiscent of Tinderbox.
I like their collections, though they're probably better suited for managing dozens of tabs rather than hundreds of notes.
